** About the Print ** 
 
I started Well Worth the Wait when I learned of Mt. Whitney in the Sierra Nevada. At the time, I was using predominantly ballpoint pen to sketch things. On a whim, I started this piece. I felt so free and on point, that it poured out of me. The alpine glow, the green foothills, the raging and uncontrolled sketchy feel. And then I didn’t know what to do – and in fear, I was paralyzed from adding any new elements for three years. Then, with time and many ideas, a simple watermelon background and a patterned foreground emerged. And I could not be happier with the result. Well Worth the Wait is an acknowledgement that it takes time to heal and time to create. Take the time. Original completed with alcohol markers and acrylics on matting board. 
 
This piece is available in high-quality artisanal giclée print on either a metallic paper or a stretched canvas. Prints are shipped in a plastic shield for protection. This listing does not include a frame or a mat board. Prints are signed by Neon Viking. 


 
** Shipping Details **
 
• 14x24 and 7x12 items,  or if paired with any other additional items, are packaged in a manner which best protects the nature of the contents. This may include a tube, which will result in a slight curl to prints. They will flatten underweight or in a frame. I do my best to protect the prints during shipment. 
• Canvases are shipped in boxes of the respective size and shipped by the printer. 
• Shipping should be completed with 5-7 business days from receipt of order.
